We believe it's important for our employees to complete their jobs and assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Our work-flow responds smoother and more successful when employees do what they are supposed to do, when they are supposed to do them.
The safety of our employees is very important to us. Our Safety Committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss safety concerns and procedures. In addition, we comply with OSHA standards to ensure a safe working environment.
We aim for our employees to work well with one another. By doing so, this results in both a positive and productive working environment. Occasionally, we host events on and off property to bring employees together and this has helped strengthen the "community feel" we strive to posses here.
We believe trust is the foundation of any relationship, whether it's between employees or employees and customers. Trust strengthens our relationships, enables us to work better together, makes us reliable to customers, and increases productivity by reducing the time it takes to make decisions regarding others' judgement.
Providing customers with high-quality products is something we aim for. All of our products are made in the USA, and they always have been. Furthermore, all products must pass inspection before being shipped out.
